Under the Bamboo Tipis and Silhouette Tent we used our floor system — a modular wooden system that’s easy to level, compact to transport and store & fully produced in-house.

CASE: Ras Abrouq, Qatar – Desert Experience by Visit Qatar - 2026
We collaborated from the early concept phase through to the professional on-site execution of this glamping and desert activation project in a natural desert setting. This pop-up destination brings together traditional craft workshops, children’s activities, authentic dining, retail, outdoor cinema and cultural experiences. Organic-Concept delivered and installed a combination of beige stretch tents, Cloud structures and shaded bell tents, creating a coherent and functional landscape adapted to the desert climate. All structures were engineered for durability, comfort and visual harmony with the surroundings. In close collaboration with local partner ADS, the project was realised as a high-quality destination that celebrates Qatar’s heritage and outdoor lifestyle.

Amidst the serene gardens of Mandarin Oriental Marrakech, our 10x15m Sand Flex Stretch Tent blends timeless tradition with modern elegance. Inspired by Morocco’s Bedouin heritage; its flowing form and natural tones create an inviting space for cocktail parties, private gatherings and exclusive events. Known as “The Tent”, this outdoor extension of the hotel offers guests connection to nature while embracing the sophistication of Mandarin Oriental. From golden afternoons to starlit evenings, it brings people together in an atmosphere of comfort, style and authenticity.

Case: Maslina Resort – Hvar Island, Croatia
Where authenticity, wellness and nature come together.
Located on Hvar Island in Croatia, Maslina Resort is known for its philosophy of mindful luxury and harmony with nature. To complement this unique setting, we installed a 10×30m Organic Stretch Tent (color ‘Chino’) creating a versatile outdoor space for events with an organic look & feel that blends seamlessly into the pine forests and Adriatic views.
The tent is elevated with a custom-made wooden floor, echoing the resort’s use of natural and sustainable materials. Built as a modular system, it is easy to assemble, dismantle and store—making it both elegant and practical for weddings, retreats and exclusive gatherings.

Case: JW Marriott Venice Resort
A build-up at Venice Garden, an exclusive venue.
The setup featured a total of 3,000 m² of flooring, alongside a grand Silhouette Tent of 800 m², supported by double-row poles for the cocktail and dinner party.
We also constructed a specially designed Dome for the event, measuring 25 meters in diameter (500 m²) and standing 8 meters tall—an impressive and striking structure. The Dome was paired with a Bamboo Tipi to create a unique, exclusive club setting.
Case: Polyák Borbirtok Hungary

Silhouette tents are the ideal multipurpose tents for unique outdoor locations in need of a long-term solution to create extra covered space. The tent offers versatility, allowing it to be left completely open or closed with transparant or solid sidewalls. Notice the magnificent play with natural light inside the tent attributed to the fabric’s unique translucency.
Case: Food Studio - Denmark
Where culinary creativity meets Organic spaces.
In Denmark, Food Studio is renowned for its creative approach to food and for curating dining experiences that delight all senses. Together with Organic-Concept they have developed a complete outdoor event location designed to host inspiring gatherings in harmony with the natural environment.
The initial setup has since expanded into a large and versatile site that now brings together multiple structures: Silhouette Tents and Stretch Tents as multi-purpose spaces for dining and (corporate) presentations, Bamboo Tipis as intimate lounge areas, Fire Tents for safe and atmospheric BBQ cooking & a growing camp of more than 100 Bell Tents for overnight stays.
Organic-Concept not only provides the tent structures but also designs and builds the custom-made wooden floors on multiple levels, complete with terraces.
The site is operational from April to October, after which we provide winter storage and professional cleaning services. At the start of every new season, our team reinstalls everything in perfect condition, ready to welcome guests and new experiences!
This collaboration embodies the shared vision of Food Studio and Organic-Concept: to create immersive spaces and unforgettable moments where food, nature and design come together.

Custom Stretch Tents
For Radjana Beach in Bulgaria we created two custom Stretch Tents (170m² & 225m²) perfectly shaped to the surroundings using advanced 3D scanning.
Installed on fixed natural wooden poles, this set-up blends organically into the coastline — providing shade, elegance and functionality in one smooth curve.
